Lightscapes is a real-time visualisation tool designed to visualise and measure the light intensity within a space. The measurement of light is used to produce geometrical landscapes of the captured images. How Does Lightscapes Work?
Lightscapes measures the light intensity of each individual pixel from a camera feed. The light intensity values are then passed through a sinusoidal filter to produce a sine value. Each pixel is then extruded along the z-axis by using each pixels sinusoidal wave value. Read more
